Privacy Policy

The short version

Treasurly has no account server. Your username, saved sales, planned routes, claimed permits, and usage counters are stored in your browser's local storage on the device you are using, and they are not uploaded to us.

What we store on your device

• Your username and chosen role (Hunter or Captain)
• Saved sales, planned routes, treasure alerts, and claimed permits
• Product usage counts — page views, routes created, sales viewed and saved
• An approximate location fix, if you grant permission (cached up to 30 minutes)

Clearing your browser data or switching devices erases all of it. Nothing can be recovered, because we never received a copy.

Location

Location is optional. If you grant it, coordinates are used in your browser to measure distances and order your route, cached locally, and never transmitted. If you decline, Treasurly measures distances from central Oklahoma City instead.

What we do receive

Support messages you send us — the request type, your note, the page you sent it from, and any email address you choose to give us. We use that only to answer you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

City permit data

Garage sale permit records come from the City of Oklahoma City's public open data. We do not add personal information to those records.
