Privacy Policy

The short version

Treasurly is an early beta. There is no account server yet. Your username, saved sales, Doubloons, claimed permits, and usage counters are stored in your browser's local storage on the device you are using, and they are not uploaded to us.

What we store on your device

• Your beta username and chosen role (Hunter or Captain)
• Saved sales, planned routes, claimed permits, and Doubloon balance
• Product usage counts — page views, routes created, sales viewed and saved
• An approximate location fix, if you grant permission (cached up to 30 minutes)

Clearing your browser data or switching devices erases all of it. Nothing can be recovered, because we never received a copy.

Location

Location is optional. If you grant it, coordinates are used in your browser to measure distances and order your route, cached locally, and never transmitted. If you decline, Treasurly measures distances from central Oklahoma City instead.

What we do receive

Feedback and Treasure Crew sign-ups you submit through the feedback button, including any email address you choose to give us. We use it only to contact you about the beta. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

City permit data

Garage sale permit records come from the City of Oklahoma City's public open data. We do not add personal information to those records.
